One star is way too charitable a rating for this unusable product, not to mention Panasonic's horrifically bad technical support. I have so far called them 3 times for this, and submitted a web help request, and only on the 3rd call (never heard back from web support) actually found someone who had even heard of the TY-CC10W Panasonic camera, OR even Skype.


The second time I called I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and once I finally got a person they then hung up on me (accidentally, I presume). This most recent call I was transferred 5 different times before getting to someone who knows that this product exists. I again waited over 30 minutes between being transferred and put on hold this third time before getting help.
